Privacy policy

You don't need an account to use BenefitsByRating. We never ask for your VA file, Social Security number, or disability details. Picking your state and rating happens in your browser and isn't sent to us.

If you subscribe to the P&T Brief (signups aren't live yet), we'll collect your email address and, if you choose, your state, so we can send you rule changes and deadlines. Your email will be stored with our email service provider, which we'll name here when signups open. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We never sell or rent your email address.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (for example, page views and referring sites) to learn which pages help people. We don't use advertising trackers or build cross-site profiles. We'll list the analytics provider here once one is turned on; for now, beyond our host's standard server logs, none is running.

Affiliate links

If you click an affiliate link (see our affiliate disclosure), the partner or its affiliate network may set a cookie to credit the referral. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.

Hosting and logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

To unsubscribe, use the link in any email. To ask about or delete your data, email contact@benefitsbyrating.com.
